The University Club Foundation, Inc. was established in 2014 as a 501(c)(3) to receive tax-deductible contributions to support the 1921 Tudor Revival Clubhouse, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The Club is located within the St. Joseph Historic District.

The 2025-26 Foundation Board of Directors consists of Howard J. Lacy IV (President), Andrew S. Thornton (Treasurer), James P. Fadely (Secretary), and Duane E. Johnson (President of the Club).
